Adam Desimone

Grandview Development Co., Co-Owner of Diesel night club

Adam is responsible for the entire development process ranging from site identification through the ultimate sale on the secondary investor market. Prior to joining Grand View, Adam worked with the Paradise Development Group as a Development Manager focusing on expanding the Walgreen’s footprint in Western Pennsylvania as well as identifying other development opportunities, which included strip center, bank, and big box sites. During his career, he has also held positions in various real estate capacities with Massaro Properties, Armstrong Development, and National City Bank.


Adam is also an owner of Diesel Club Lounge, a nationally renowned nightclub, lounge, and live music venue in the South Side of Pittsburgh. His group, South Side Entertainment Company has also started construction to open an upscale lounge concept in Columbus Ohio in February and have plans to expand the Diesel concept to Baltimore late next year.


Mr. DeSimone has also owned and operated several closely held businesses through the years. Adam has Bachelor degrees in Finance and Investment Management from Duquesne University and holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Brokers License. He currently resides in Peters Township with his wife Megan with a child on the way.

James M. Sweeney

Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations, Renal Solutions

Mr. Sweeney joined Renal Solutions in March of 2004 as Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations, responsible for marketing, sales, and business development oversight. Prior to joining Renal Solutions, Mr. Sweeney served in numerous senior level positions at Baxter International over a seventeen-year period. Most recently he served in the role of Vice President of Strategy Development for the $1.7 billion renal division. Prior to this role, residing in Singapore, he served as Vice President/General Manager of Baxter Renal Asia, a $100 million operating unit serving 14 countries with 250 employees. Mr. Sweeney has served in a variety of other senior roles in the Baxter organization with a focus in marketing. He currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board of the Product Strategy Network. Mr. Sweeney holds an MBA in Marketing/Business Strategy from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University and a BS in Accounting from Miami University.

Dr. Lloyd Corder is a marketing strategist and researcher who has completed over 1,000 full scale marketing research projects.
